Student FTP :: Art Institute

Using Dreamweaver to Access and Use Your Art Institute Web Space

As an AI student, you have a personal 50MB web space on the AI server.

Your website URL (Universal Resource Locator) is your alfa/numeric Art Institutes email address prefix followed by .aisites.com (for example: mt123.aisites.com).

Your FTP login can be found at myaicampus.com: log in, and on the home page find the heading entitled My Web Space. Under that heading, click on the link that says, "What's This?" Your FTP Userid and Password will be revealed.

  1. Open Dreamweaver.
  2. Site > New Site...

  4. In the Categories panel on the left, select Local Info.
  5. For Site name, type in whatever site name you wish (this will only be seen in Dreamweaver.)
  6. For Local root folder, click on the folder icon and navigate to the root folder for your site on your computer.
  7. In the Categories panel on the left, select Remote Info.
  8. In the top dropdown on the right, select FTP.
